So a game may send the following:īecause DS4Windows does not get the Data 1, it cannot know what the game wants, so it just sets rumble to max, and the lightbar to Blue but also flashing every 2s. ![]() ViGEmBus gets the Data 1 (flag states), but does not pass it down to DS4Windows (nor any other app). (The info above is a "Explain like I am 5yo" and is oversimplified) Defines if the controller should actually execute one or more of the following actions: set rumble, set lightbar, set lightbar flash.When a game sends an Output Report to the controller (packet that defines what the controller should do, like rumble, change color etc) it sends many different types of data. Rumble does not work at all -> DS4Windows "issue" (because it was disabled on DS4Windows code itself)
